仕事内容Job description 【Summary of Opportunity】
They are looking for someone to help grow the company's Infra/DevOps.
The company is currently running multiple services, mainly using AWS, and is looking to improve existing systems, automate various tasks, and strengthen monitoring.

【Background of Recruitment】
The company's key challenge is to manage the rapidly growing source code and infrastructure resources.
Currently, more than 1,000 infrastructure resources have been built, and these need to be managed and standardized efficiently.
This makes it imperative to establish a system that allows for effective maintenance to be performed by a small number of people.

【Job Description】
・Design and build scalable and reliable infrastructure using TeraForm.
・Promote automation of deployment and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
・Troubleshoot and quickly recover from system failures.
・Ensure infrastructure security and regularly check for vulnerabilities
・Analyze system performance and propose and implement improvements to optimize performance.
・Documentation of systems and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
・Research the latest technologies and tools and consider implementing them as needed.

応募資格Requirement 【Requirements】
・At least 5 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer
・Knowledge of common programming languages and extensive experience with TeraForm
・Knowledge and experience in DevOps
・Skills to develop TeraForm as a librarian
・Japanese level required: Advanced
・English level required: Advanced

・Experience contributing to open source projects
・Experience as a full stack engineer

Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥10,000,000 per year / Monthly salary: ¥500,000 - ¥833,000

Basic salary ¥372,000～
Fixed overtime pay system *Excess amount to be paid separately
Equivalent to fixed overtime pay: 45.0 hours/month
Salary revision: Twice a year
