「脱炭素」や「再生可能エネルギー」、「水素エネルギー」、「スマートシティ」などの領域で、生活者目線に立った社会インフラ(ソーシャル)のあるべき姿を、仮説と検証を繰り返しながら設計していく(デザイン)事業に取組んでいます。
一例として、産官学を巻き込んだ新規事業創出のアイディエーション～戦略策定～実行支援、政策提言や規制緩和実現に向けたプロジェクトマネジメントなど、社会課題や民間企業の課題に応じた数多くのプロジェクトが進行しています。
基礎的な調査や情報整理に留まらず、社会的課題を構造的に捉えビジョンやシナリオを描く事業企画、プロジェクト推進における人間関係やボトルネックの洞察、リスクなども踏まえたプロジェクト設計など、多くのステークホルダーを巻き込み、若手であっても裁量と責任を持ってプロジェクトに参画いただきます。

They are engaged in businesses that design (develop) the ideal social infrastructure from the perspective of the general public, in areas such as "decarbonization," "renewable energy," "hydrogen energy," and "smart cities," while repeatedly testing hypotheses and validating them.
As an example, numerous projects are underway to address societal and private sector challenges, including ideation, strategy formulation, execution support, project management for creating new businesses involving industry, government, and academia, as well as policy recommendations and efforts to achieve regulatory relaxation.
Rather than merely conducting basic research or information整理, they focus on structuring social issues, formulating visions and scenarios, and designing projects that take into account human relationships, bottlenecks, and risks in the process of driving project initiatives. Even younger members are entrusted with significant responsibility and autonomy, involving them in the project with a full understanding of their role in working with many stakeholders. |

Experience in the electricity/gas industry, telecommunications, heavy industry/semiconductors/automotive/steel/oil industries, etc., in sales, sales planning, marketing, research and development.
Experience in trading companies related to themes such as decarbonization (electricity/gas, etc.).
Experience in urban development within developers or the railway industry.
Practical experience in plant engineering companies.
Experience in infrastructure development, plant management, process management, and research and development at oil development companies.
Experience in corporate management planning or business planning.
Research or project work experience at consulting firms, research companies, etc.
Practical experience with related government agencies (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, etc.).

Research and analysis skills: Ability to collect information, including technology/business trends.
Project execution ability: Project management, document creation, and reporting skills.
Scenario planning ability: Skill to identify problems and create business plans.
