仕事内容Job description 【About the role】
This position involves collaborating on joint development projects with major clients in the mobility × AI domain. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as autonomous driving and gait analysis. This role not only involves basic research and development but also the practical implementation of solutions in society, allowing you to experience the dynamic nature of business operations.

- Collaborating with the sales team to propose and negotiate with clients: You will lead the overall system design, working with both the sales and development teams to present proposals to clients and turn them into actual projects. Depending on your WILL, you can gain experience in building customer relationships and taking on more sales-related roles.
- Managing AI/machine learning projects from requirements gathering to implementation: This is the core area of the project management role. You will organize customer requirements and, in collaboration with development engineers, drive the project forward. Many clients are still exploring the potential of AI, and you will turn their WANTS into concrete requirements and achieve them.
- Leading and managing AI/machine learning development or research engineering teams: During the development phase, you will manage the engineering team and push the project forward. You will also gain experience in team management. Since many of the engineers are from foreign language backgrounds, this role provides an opportunity to enhance your English skills (even if you're not confident in your English, you can succeed with business-level proficiency and motivation).
- Researching market needs and synchronizing with the internal development team's research to plan new solutions and products: With the rapid evolution of AI, we are constantly exploring new products that deliver value to customers. You will be involved in examining new solutions, conducting hypothesis testing, and turning them into products. This role also offers the opportunity to challenge product management responsibilities.
応募資格Requirement **Required Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of project management experience in the IT industry
- Practical experience as a software engineer or knowledge of programming
- Deep interest in and knowledge of AI/machine learning
- Experience in leading/managing teams
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
- Knowledge of C++ or Python
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Research and development experience in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or deep learning (DL)
- Experience working with clients in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, and healthcare in Japan
- A PhD in computer science (CS), artificial intelligence (AI), or machine learning (ML)

Employment Type:Full-time employee (Contract work negotiable)
Expected annual income: 6.23 million yen to 15.3 million yen (including bonuses)
- Determined based on experience and skills, according to company regulations
- Includes overtime pay for 45 hours
- Payment on the 25th of the following month for the previous month's work
