仕事内容Job description 【About the Role】
In this exciting role, you will spearhead our efforts to secure partnerships and drive ticket sales growth of coach, rail, and ferry market in Japan. You'll be a key player in developing and executing strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious sales targets. This fast-paced environment thrives on self-motivated individuals who can think creatively and independently. You will work closely with the HQ Commercial team to implement and deliver strategies that will contribute to achieving a quick and sustainable.

・Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the designated markets
・Identify and secure partnerships with key players and suppliers
・Negotiate and secure competitive contracts to expand our ticket booking offerings
・Manage and grow relationships with existing partners
・Oversee and monitor online sales channels strategy for tickets selling and optimize campaign performance with internal stakeholders
・Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams (inhouse marketing, social media, product, offshore campaign teams) to achieve common goals
・Set and achieve ambitious sales target in your market
・Communicate effectively and regularly with the HQ team in shanghai
・You will have business trips.
応募資格Requirement 【Requirements】
・5+ years of experience in business development, good connection in Japan travel industry
・Native speaker level of Japanese, fluent in English or Chinese in order to communicate with HQ
・Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful partnerships
・Strong understanding of the Japan outbound and inbound tourism market and its dynamics
・Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
・Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
・Data-driven approach with a knack for identifying trends and opportunities
・Able to adapt to a quick-changing environment
・Able to speak Korean is a plus
