細胞(癌株化細胞、患者由来細胞等)を用いた in vitro薬効・毒性評価
※勤務地は和歌山もしくは東京です
*This position is available only for people residing in Japan
In vitro efficacy and toxicity evaluation using cells (such as cancer cell lines, patient-derived cells, etc.
※The work location will be either in Wakayama or Tokyo |

【必須条件】
・流暢レベルの日本語
・生物学、医学、薬学、バイオテクノロジーなどの分野で学士号または修士号を取得していること。
・がん研究、細胞生物学、腫瘍学、または関連分野で細胞培養や初代培養(Primary culture)など無菌操作、継代培養に携わったことがあること。
・チーム内外の研究者や医療従事者との協働が可能な対人スキル。
・実験データの正確な記録、報告書作成の経験。
【歓迎条件】
基本的な細胞の特性解析(細胞生存率決定、FACS、qPCR、Western blottingなど)について経験があることが望ましい。
また、一般的な免疫不全マウスへの腫瘍細胞、組織の移植、組織採取および固定、病理検査、免疫組織化学(IHC)などの経験があることが望ましい。
患者サンプルの取り扱いに関する倫理的規範と法律(インフォームドコンセント、IRB申請)についての経験があること。
英語での論文執筆や国際学会での発表経験。
[Required Qualifications]
・Fluent-level Japanese
・A bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as biology, medicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, or related areas.
・Experience in cell culture, primary culture, aseptic techniques, and passaging cultures in cancer research, cell biology, oncology, or related fields.
・Interpersonal skills to collaborate with researchers and healthcare professionals both within and outside the team.
・Experience in accurately recording experimental data and preparing reports.
[Preferred Qualifications]
・Experience in basic cell characterization techniques [e.g., cell viability assays, FACS, qPCR, Western blotting] is desirable.
・Experience with implanting tumor cells or tissues into immunodeficient mice, tissue collection and fixation, pathology, and immunohistochemistry [IHC] is also desirable.
・Experience in ethical standards and regulations related to handling patient samples [informed consent, IRB applications].
・Experience in writing research papers in English and presenting at international conferences. |
