They are working on industrial applications of image recognition technology using deep learning, edge AI development using network compression technology, and autonomous agent algorithm development and application to drones, connecting basic technology development to real business. They were also selected for J-Startup and are attracting attention as a Japanese AI venture.
Products include appearance inspection using image recognition, autonomous flying drones, automation (autopilot) of construction machinery, air conditioning optimization, and utilization of brainwave data.
Clients who have implemented the products include KDDI, DAIKIN, HITACHI, HONDA, TOYOTA, and many other industries. |

本ポジションでは、先端AI開発部のAI開発エンジニアとして、画像認識・エッジAI・その他の領域の挑戦的な課題を解決することがミッションです。
【具体的事例】
・自動車業界をはじめとした製造業、医療分野や神経科学領域など、様々な産業ドメインにおけるアルゴリズム開発・ソリューション開発
・生成AI(VLM/LLM/拡散モデル)、基盤モデルを活用したアルゴリズム開発・ソリューション開発

・アラヤにしかできない強いAIアルゴリズムの開発と、それを組み込んだプロダクトやソリューションの提案・設計・実装・開発推進

In this position, as an AI development engineer in the Advanced AI Development Department, your mission is to solve challenging problems in image recognition, edge AI, and other fields.

- Algorithm and solution development in various industrial domains, including the automotive industry, manufacturing, medical field, and neuroscience field
- Algorithm and solution development using generative AI (VLM/LLM/diffusion model) and foundational models

【必須要件】
・画像認識を含むAI、深層学習アルゴリズム開発の実務経験(Python開発経験)
・最新技術のリサーチに必要な基本的な英語力(主に読み書き)
・エンジニアチームでの開発経験
・エンドユーザへの技術提案経験
・必要な日本語力:ビジネスレベル(会話・ドキュメンテーション中心、N1以上目安)
【歓迎要件】
・AI、深層学習アルゴリズムの圧縮・最適化・小型化等のエッジAI開発経験
・生成AIモデル(LLM・VLM)、基盤モデルを用いた経験
・エッジ、クラウド、コンテナ化環境でのAIアルゴリズムの開発・デプロイ経験
・WEBシステム(フロントエンド・バックエンド)・クラウド・アプリ開発経験
・データ分析に関する実務経験
[Required requirements]
・Practical experience in developing AI and deep learning algorithms, including image recognition (Python development experience)
・Basic English skills (mainly reading and writing) required for researching the latest technology
・Development experience in an engineering team
・Experience making technical proposals to end users
・ Required Japanese ability: Business level (mainly conversation and documentation, N1 or above)
