 仕事内容Job description |
再生医療等製品の製造受託サービスおよび創薬を手掛ける当社において、治験製品、商用生産並びにかかる原材料・中間製品の製造のスタッフとしてご活躍いただきます。
【具体的には】
・再生医療等製品における治療用細胞製品の製造に関わる業務、または、製造プロセス開発等の工業化検討
・細胞培養、文書改定や修正、原材料の管理、クリーンルームの維持管理
・外部研究機関や製薬会社からの受託において、技術移転、製品化開発、製造並びに保管業務

Specifically,
- Work related to the manufacture of therapeutic cell products in regenerative medicine, etc., or industrialization studies such as manufacturing process development, etc.
- Cell culture, document revision and amendment, raw material management, clean room maintenance and management
- Technology transfer, product development, manufacturing, and storage operations under contract from external research institutions and pharmaceutical companies.

【必須条件】
・再生医療等製品またはバイオ製品の製造・細胞培養技術等の業務経験
(若手枠は社会人経験は不問、目安として3年程度)
・GMP・GCTPに関連する興味
・WordやExcelを用いた文章作成
・英語:初級レベル以上 (英文試薬マニュアル読解可レベル)
・日本語:ビジネスレベル以上(読み書き必要)
【歓迎条件】
・細胞培養経験:各種人または動物由来細胞の培養並びに無菌操作など
・培養士資格保有者大歓迎
[Requirements]
- Experience in manufacturing regenerative medicine products or biotechnology products, cell culture technology, etc.
(working experience is not required for Junior level candidates, but 3 years for mid-career candidates is a rough estimate)
- Interest in GMP and GCTP
- Word and Excel writing skills
- English: Beginner level or higher (able to read and understand English reagent manuals)
- Japanese: Business level or higher (reading and writing required)
[Welcome Requirements]
- Experience in cell culture: culture and aseptic manipulation of various human- or animal-derived cells.
- Qualified culturist is welcome.
[Skills]
Analytical work: sterility testing, cell immunostaining, ELISA, flow cytometry, PCR, viral, microbiology-related testing, and/or topical testing. |
