再生医療等製品の製造受託サービスおよび創薬を手掛ける当社において、再生医療・細胞医薬品の品質管理のスタッフとしてご活躍いただきます。
【具体的には】
・再生医療等製品における品質管理に関わる業務および分析法開発業務(バリデーション含む)
・外部研究機関や製薬会社からの受注や創薬に関する品質管理業務。

They are looking for a Quality Control staff for regenerative medicine and cellular medicine for our company, which is engaged in contract manufacturing services and drug discovery for regenerative medicine products.
Specifically,
- Regenerative medicine product quality control related work and analytical method development work (including validation)
- Quality control operations related to orders and drug discovery from external research institutes and pharmaceutical companies.

【必須条件】
・バイオ分野における分析経験(若手枠は社会人経験は不問、ミドル枠では目安として3年程度)
・英語:初級レベル以上 読み書き(英文試薬マニュアル読解可レベル)
・日本語:ビジネスレベル以上(読み書き必要)
【歓迎条件】
・GMP/GCTP、GLP、GCPに関連する分析業務経験
・特に再生医療等製品/関連製品の品質管理業務経験
・厚遇条件として臨床検査技師の免許保有者
【スキル】
・分析業務:無菌試験、細胞免疫染色、ELISA、フローサイトメトリー、PCR、ウイルス、微生物関連試験、及び/又は局方試験
【求める人物像】
論理的な思考能力とコミュニケーション能力
[Requirements]
- Experience in analytical work in the field of biotechnology (working experience is not required for Junior level candidates, but 3 years for mid-career candidates is a rough estimate)
- English: Beginner level or higher, reading and writing (English reagent manuals can be read and understood)
- Japanese: Business level or higher (reading and writing required)
[Welcome Requirements]
- Experience in analytical work related to GMP/GCTP, GLP, GCP
- Experience in quality control of regenerative medicine products and related products
- Licensed clinical laboratory technician as a preferential condition.
[Skills]
Analytical work: sterility testing, cell immunostaining, ELISA, flow cytometry, PCR, viral, microbiology-related testing, and/or topical testing. |
