【仕事内容】
研究室でマネージャーとしてラボ全体のマネジメントをしていただきます。
研究室では微細藻類のベンチスケールさらには産業規模での大量培養システムの確立および微細藻類由来の金属吸着材製造、貴金属回収/環境改善の基礎研究・システムプロトタイピングを進めています。

▼研究室の運営管理
プロジェクトの進捗管理、予算の管理、研究設備のメンテナンスなど、研究室が円滑に機能するための業務全般をお任せします。
▼研究資材の調達と管理
必要な試薬、消耗品、機器の購入や在庫管理を行います。また、新しい機器や技術の導入を行います。
業務自体はアシスタント(パートタイム)の方が行っておりますので、そのマネジメントをお願いしたいと考えております。
▼安全管理・衛生管理
安全規定に従い、実験や作業の安全性を確保します。特に化学薬品や危険物を取り扱う場合には、適切な取り扱い・廃棄方法や安全対策を指導いただきます。
化学物質管理者、保護具着用管理責任者など、管理系責任者、衛生管理責任者もお任せします。

[Job Description]
As a laboratory manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lab.
In the laboratory, they are establishing bench-scale and industrial-scale mass culture systems for microalgae, manufacturing metal adsorbents derived from microalgae, and conducting basic research and system prototyping for precious metal recovery/environmental improvement.
[Job Details]
▼Laboratory Management
You will be responsible for all tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the laboratory, such as project progress management, budget management, and maintenance of research equipment.
▼Procurement and management of research materials
You will purchase and manage inventory of necessary reagents, consumables, and equipment. They will also introduce new equipment and technologies.
The work itself is performed by an assistant (part-time), so they would like you to manage it.
▼Safety and Hygiene Management
You will ensure the safety of experiments and work in accordance with safety regulations. In particular, when handling chemicals and hazardous materials, you will be instructed on appropriate handling and disposal methods and safety measures.
You will also be responsible for management and hygiene management, such as chemical substance managers and protective equipment wear managers.

・理学、工学、農学、医学系の学位(修士、博士が望ましい)
・日本語及び英語でのコミュニケーション能力
・5年以上の大学・研究所・一般企業等、研究施設での研究経験

[Requirements]
- Degree in science, engineering, agriculture, or medicine (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English
- More than 5 years of research experience at a university, research institute, general company, or other research facility
