*This is an environment where you can work mainly in a hybrid work environment of coming to work and working from home. Fixed overtime allowance for monthly salary of 500,000 yen or more is paid as overtime allowance in case of working on holidays or late night work
Fixed overtime allowance is paid for 30 hours regardless of whether overtime work is done or not, at a rate of 95,000 yen - 237,400 yen per month
