The company's designers work to bring the ideal vision and experience of a service, drawn by the entire team—including clients, in-house designers, engineers, UX designers, and members from overseas offices—into reality from a design perspective. To achieve this, they are involved in all phases of the project, not only the design process but also as experts in expression. This includes user research (such as impression surveys and preference research), workshops, UI design, implementation reviews, prototyping, and user testing.

During the design process, the art director primarily defines the overall vision and the optimal communication with users, but this designer position will work alongside the art director to create the designs. Eventually, the designer will take on the role of art director for projects. To select the best tools for each project, here are some commonly used tools:

応募資格Requirement [Required Qualifications]
①Japanese (N2 or higher)

・At least 1 year of practical experience in design within the digital field (web, app, etc.)
