自社プロダクトの連結会計システムの企画開発を行うプロダクト開発本部に所属の上、DBエンジニアとしてプロダクトの機能改善・拡大、サービスレベルの向上に寄与する業務に従事し、ソフトウエア事業のさらなる拡大に貢献いただきます。

弊社は自社プロダクトの連結会計システムを中心に、グループ会社から会計/経営情報を収集し、可視化する各種ソリューションを提供しています。強みは「顧客基盤」と「高収益体質」であり、東証上場の時価総額TOP200社のうちの約100社を含む、日本を代表する大手上場企業との長期的なお付き合いがあります。営業利益率は毎年20%前後で推移しており、「会計」という無くなりづらい業務領域という特性からリプレイスリスクも低く、安定した事業基盤を築くことができています。
弊社は現在、エンタープライズと呼ばれる大企業を中心に約1,200社に提供してきたオンプレミス主体のBtoB向けプロダクトを、SaaSサービスへと進化させるという、前例がほとんど無い、大きなチャレンジを進めています。会計システムという特性上、まずは何よりも安心・安全で利用できることを第一としています。その前提の上で、お客様のグループ経営・会計業務に変革をもたらし、業務効率や生産性の改善といった付加価値を創出するべく、過去から続く前提条件や制約と向き合いながらテクノロジーを駆使し、これを実現しようとしています。
業務内容としては、これまでのご経験、専門性を活かしながら、以下の3つの要素に紐づくプロダクト開発のミッションを担っていただきます。組織には、会計業務に詳しい方、開発に強い方。マネジメントに強い方、特定の技術に長けたスペシャリストの方など、総勢約100名のプロフェッショナル人材が在籍しています。チームプレーを大切に、お互いに協力し合いながら業務を進め、ご自身の貢献範囲を拡げていただくことを期待しています。

You will be part of the Product Development Department, which plans and develops our company's consolidated accounting system, and will work as a DB engineer to improve and expand the product's functions and improve the service level, thereby contributing to the further expansion of our software business.

Their company provides various solutions that collect and visualize accounting/management information from group companies, mainly focusing on our own product, the consolidated accounting system. Their strengths are our "customer base" and "high profitability," and we have long-term relationships with major listed companies representing Japan, including about 100 of the top 200 companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange by market capitalization. Our operating profit margin has fluctuated around 20% every year, and due to the nature of accounting, which is a business area that is difficult to disappear, the replacement risk is low, and we have been able to build a stable business foundation.
They are currently taking on a big challenge with almost no precedent, which is to evolve our on-premise BtoB products, which they have provided to about 1,200 companies, mainly large enterprises, into SaaS services. Due to the nature of accounting systems, our first priority is that they can be used safely and securely. Based on this premise, they are trying to bring about change in our customers' group management and accounting operations and create added value such as improved operational efficiency and productivity by utilizing technology while facing past assumptions and constraints.
The job description will involve taking advantage of your experience and expertise and carrying out the mission of product development linked to the following three elements. The organization has a total of about 100 professional personnel, including those who are knowledgeable about accounting operations and strong in development, those who are strong in management, and specialists who are skilled in specific technologies. They expect you to value team play, cooperate with each other while working on your tasks, and expand the scope of your own contributions.
- Functionality improvement: Reflect the know-how gained from BPO and accounting rule revisions in systems and existing products.
- Functionality expansion: Develop systems and new products that lead to the automation of operations.
- Service improvement: Promote on-premise to cloud computing, etc. to increase customer convenience. |

50歳くらいまでの以下に該当する方
- DBに関する専門性を有する方(PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- DBサーバの基盤設計・構築経験(可用性設計、DR(災害対策)設計、バックアップ/リストア設計、性能設計など)
- 大規模、もしくはミッションクリティカルなDBの設計、構築、チューニング経験
※自らを「データベースの専門家」として自認される方を求めています
【歓迎(WANT)】
- 得意なDB製品が2つ以上ある方
- 有資格者(ORACLE MASTER Platinum Oracle Database、データベーススペシャリスト等)
- 自社プロダクトやERP経験
- BtoB領域での業務系システムやSaaSプロダクト経験
- オブジェクト指向プログラミング言語での設計・開発・運用経験
- 何らかのチームリード経験(規模、期間不問)
- 会計領域に関する業務知識、もしくは関心の強さ

[MUST]
Approximately 50 years old or younger
- Specialized in databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Experience in designing and building database server infrastructure (availability design, DR (disaster recovery) design, backup/restore design, performance design, etc.)
- Experience in designing, building, and tuning large-scale or mission-critical databases
*We are looking for someone who considers themselves a "database expert"
[WANT]
- Specialized in two or more database products
- Qualified (ORACLE MASTER Platinum Oracle Database, Database Specialist, etc.)
- Experience with in-house products and ERP
- Experience with business systems and SaaS products in the BtoB field
- Experience in designing, developing, and operating object-oriented programming languages
- Some experience in team leadership (regardless of size or duration)
- Business knowledge or strong interest in the accounting field
