・Flutterでのモバイルアプリ開発経験2～3年以上
(※KotlinやSwiftでの開発経験があり、近年Flutterを活用されているなど、モバイルアプリ開発において熟練したご経験をお持ちであること)
・モダンなAndroidやiOSのアプリケーションアーキテクチャの知識
・CI/CDによる開発プロセス自動化に関する知識
・自ら手を動かすことができる
必要な語学力について
・日常会話レベルの日本語力
