A medical x IT startup company with the mission of "creating ICT platforms for medical care and digitizing medical care".
The company provides extension services to hospitals using smart phones instead of PHS. The product is a smartphone application developed jointly with the Japan Hospital Association and the Japan Hospital Mutual Aid Association to solve problems in the medical field and dedicated to medical institutions. For medical institutions that handle sensitive information, the product is equipped with various functions that reflect the opinions of medical professionals, including a secure chat function using a closed network and linkage with nurse calls.

 仕事内容Job description |
【お仕事の内容】
自社プロダクトの医療機関専用スマートフォンを、より満足度高く使っていただくための品質保証(QA)チームのリーダーをお任せします。
チームを牽引しながら、必要なツールやプロセスの導入を含む品質向上施策を検討・実行していただきます。
自動化ツールに限らず、効率的かつ柔軟な検証体制の構築を目指し、プロダクトの信頼性を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。
具体的には、
・ソフトウェアの品質測定方法の策定・テスト
・テストスクリプトの作成
・品質保証チームメンバーのリード
・開発プロセスの点検・監査
・設計内容に基づく品質分析・評価の実施
・リスクポイントに対する解決提案
入社直後は、テスト自動化に向けて、テストスクリプト作成～安定運用までを主導していただきます。 ※ゆくゆくは、テスト作業時間を30%削減することを目標に取り組む予定です。

[Job description]
They are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) team leader to lead the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure that their own product, Smartphones for Medical Institutions, is used with a higher level of satisfaction.
While leading the team, you will consider and implement quality improvement measures, including the introduction of necessary tools and processes.
You will play an important role in supporting the reliability of our products by building an efficient and flexible verification system that is not limited to automated tools.
Specifically,
- Formulation and testing of software quality measurement methods
- Creation of test scripts
- Leading quality assurance team members
- Inspection and auditing of the development process
- Conduct quality analysis and evaluation based on the design contents
- Propose solutions to risk points

・ソフトウェアの品質保証、品質管理部門での業務経験
・Androidアプリに関する知見(イベントシーケンスを理解している方)
