This company engaged in a business centered around solar power generation. Specifically, they design, install, and sell solar power systems and energy storage systems for both residential and industrial use. Additionally, they manage the operation and maintenance of these systems. Furthermore, they develop, manufacture, and sell solar power-related products, and also engage in the buying and selling of solar power projects and solar power plants.

 仕事内容Job description |
国内外の株主や投資家に対して、当社の経営状況理解の促進を図るため、IRとして以下業務を中心にご担当いただきます。
・デューデリジェンス、アドバイザーの選定・管理、契約交渉、バリュエーション評価・モデリング、クロージングプロセス等、取引の実行を主導または支援。
・国際企業や日本企業を含む自然電力の投資家およびパートナーとの関係の構築と維持
・JVの管理、契約上の権利・義務の行使のサポート。
・投資家へのプレゼンテーションの主導またはサポート、および取引に関するステークホルダーの同意の取得に向けたリード。
・特定のプロジェクト推進に必要な、法務、財務、開発などのインターナショナルかつクロスファンクショナルなチームのリードまたはサポート。
※現IR担当の社員(1名)と一緒に業務をおこないます。
To promote understanding of company's management situation among domestic and international shareholders and investors, you will be responsible for the following key tasks as part of the IR team.
Reason for Recruitment: Additional recruitment due to business expansion
・Leading or supporting the execution of transactions, including due diligence, selection and management of advisors, contract negotiations, valuation assessment and modeling, and closing processes.
・Building and maintaining relationships with investors and partners of Natural Power, including international and Japanese companies.
・Managing joint ventures (JVs) and supporting the exercise of contractual rights and obligations.
・Leading or supporting presentations to investors and securing stakeholder consent for transactions.
・Leading or supporting international and cross-functional teams (including legal, finance, development, etc.) necessary for driving specific projects.
Note: You will work together with the current IR staff member (1 person) on these tasks.

【必須要件】:①～③はいずれも必須、④⑤はいずれか1つ必須
大卒以上かつ職務経験3年以上
①ファイナンシャルモデリングの経験
②自律性、積極性、柔軟性、コミュニケーション能力
③ビジネスレベルの英語力・日本語力
④M&Aアドバイザリー、Big4会計事務所、再生可能エネルギー開発企業等でのM&A経験(3～5年程度)
⑤取引契約(SHA、SPA等)の経験
【歓迎要件】:
・再生可能エネルギー業界での経験
【語学】英語:ビジネスレベル 日本語:流暢(N1相当)
【Required Qualifications】
①-③ are all mandatory, and at least one of ④ or ⑤ is required.
A bachelor's degree or higher and at least 3 years of professional experience
① Experience in financial modeling
② Self-motivation, proactivity, flexibility, and communication skills
③ Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
④ M&A advisory experience, experience in a Big 4 accounting firm, or experience in renewable energy development companies (approximately 3–5 years)
⑤ Experience in transaction agreements (e.g., SHA, SPA, etc.)
