 仕事内容Job description |
①グローバルリーダー育成トレーニング
②ビジネス英語・コミュニケーショントレーニング を中心とした、カスタマイズ性の高い研修企画・提案を行っていただきます。
経営層、管理職、一般社員それぞれの「特定の目的」「課題」を見定め、目的達成に向け、研修を組み立て、提案していただきます。
<お仕事の流れ>
コールドコール、大型展示会出展、人脈紹介、自社開催セミナー、メディアからの問い合わせ等からのアポイント・ヒアリング→企画設計→提案→研修実施(アセスメントで現状把握→個別化されたトレーニング→アセスメントで効果測定)※研修導入～実施は担当アシスタントと共に進行します。
(1) Global leadership development training
(2) Planning and proposing highly customisable training programmes, with a focus on Business English and communication training.
You will identify "specific objectives" and "issues" for management, managers and general employees, and assemble and propose training programmes to achieve these objectives.
<Workflow>
Cold calls, large exhibitions, introductions to contacts, seminars held by the company, appointment and hearing from media enquiries, etc. → planning and design → proposal → implementation of training (understanding current situation through assessment) → personalised training → measuring effectiveness through assessment) *Training introduction - implementation proceeds together with the assistant in charge. |

・無形商材の営業経験、またはHR関連業務やサービスへの興味
・流暢～ネイティブレベルの日本語力
・日常会話レベルの英語

[Requirements]
Experience in corporate sales
Experience in sales of intangible products or interest in HR related business and services.
Fluent to native level Japanese
English at a daily conversational level
[Preferred requirements]
Experience in consulting in the area of human resources development.
Sales representative for an English language training company.
B-to-B training sales for a travel agency
BtoB insurance proposal sales,
