■業務内容:
クリエイターが生み出すコンテンツの特徴を活かしながら、中国領域をメインとしたグローバル企業のクライアントの課題を解決するプロモーション案件の制作進行管理をお任せします。営業が受注したプロモーションの施策に対し、納品に至るまでの全ての過程に携わります。YouTubeのプロモーション動画をメインに、企業や大手・総合広告会社とクリエイターとの橋渡しとしてコンテンツ制作における一連の制作の管理をします。ゲーム・玩具・美容・メーカー・飲料・流通・官公庁・団体や、サービスなど幅広い業種のプロモーションに携わります。営業活動はアカウントエグゼクティブ(広告営業担当)がメインで行い、受注後～動画公開/納品までは広告制作進行管理が担う形で分業しております。撮影前の準備から当日の立ち会い、動画公開に到るまですべての進行管理をお任せします。自身の携わった案件が世の中に出ることにより、大きな反響を生みやりがいを感じることができるようなポジションです。他にも、クリエイターを巻き込んだ企画考案や社内すべてのプロダクトの進行管理に関わることがございます。

■Job description:
You will be in charge of managing the production progress of promotional projects that utilize the characteristics of the content created by creators to solve the problems of global corporate clients, mainly in the Chinese region. You will be involved in all processes from the promotion measures ordered by sales to delivery. Mainly focusing on YouTube promotional videos, you will manage the entire production process in content production as a bridge between companies, major and comprehensive advertising companies and creators. You will be involved in promotions in a wide range of industries such as games, toys, beauty, manufacturers, beverages, distribution, government agencies, organizations, and services. Sales activities are mainly carried out by account executives (advertising sales staff), and the division of labor is such that advertising production progress management is responsible from the time of order to video release/delivery. You will be responsible for all progress management from preparation before shooting to attendance on the day and video release. This is a position where you can feel rewarded by seeing the projects you have been involved in released to the world, creating a great impact. You will also be involved in planning ideas involving creators and managing the progress of all products within the company. |

 応募資格Requirement |
■必須条件:
・制作管理、ディレクション業務等で複数のステークホルダーと関わって業務を行ったご経験
・中国語ビジネスレベル
・日本語流暢レベルおよび5年以上の国内就業経験(海外籍の場合)
・PC(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)の基本操作ができる方
■歓迎条件:
・英語ビジネスレベル
・Photoshopが使用できる方
・エンタメ業界での就業経験
・ゲームが好き、詳しい方
■Requirements:
・Experience working with multiple stakeholders in production management, direction, etc.
・Business level Chinese
・Fluent level Japanese and more than 5 years of work experience in Japan (for foreign nationals)
・Basic PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
■Preferred conditions:
・Business level English
・Ability to use Photoshop
・Work experience in the entertainment industry
・Like and knowledgeable about games |
