By putting advanced "visual and tactile" technology from universities into practical use, they aim to expand the application area of robots and machines in the real world and solve various social issues. The core technology is the concept of "recreating the tactile sensation based on the image (camera)". Because it uses a camera (high resolution), the force distribution and slip distribution are high resolution compared to other types of tactile sensors. By mounting a visual-tactile sensor on the fingertips of a robot hand, they invented a control robot that works as same as humans handle objects using the sensation of the "palm". 当社のコア技術である視触覚センサをはじめとした様々な製品のファブリケーションをご担当頂きます。また、試作にとどまらず開発者として製品の企画・設計・製造に携わっていただきます。
デジタルファブリケーションを用いた試作部品類の製作
製作物の評価・改善
新素材・新工法の開拓

You will be in charge of fabrication of various products including tactile sensors, our core technology. In addition to prototyping, you will be involved in product planning, design, and manufacturing as a developer.
・Fabrication of prototype parts using digital fabrication
・Evaluation and improvement of fabricated products
・Exploiting new materials and new manufacturing methods
・Planning, design, and manufacturing of products |

・試作部品の加工業務に携わった経験
・3D CADを用いた機械設計経験
・3Dプリンタ、レーザーカッター等デジタルファブリケーションツールの使用経験
・シリコン成形の豊富な経験
【歓迎要件】
・Fusion360の使用経験
・デジタルファブリケーションツールの選定・導入経験
【MUST】
・Experience in machining prototype parts
・Experience in mechanical design using 3D CAD
・Experience using digital fabrication tools such as 3D printers and laser cutters
・Extensive experience in silicon molding
【WANT】
・Experience with Fusion360
・Experience in selecting and implementing digital fabrication tools |
