それ以外にも、映像プラットフォームを実現するべく、映像を視聴するだけではなく機械学習などの技術と連携して「新しい付加価値を提供する開発」にも注力しています。具体的には、API提供を進め、AI企業が弊社プロダクトの映像データを利用して画像解析などの仕組みを構築したり、作成された学習モデルをクラウド上で駆動させる解析システムの構築を行っています。

Since there are many requests for cameras, applications that manage them, and security, we are working with the business side to develop new functions for the cloud camera that serves as the base and improve existing functions. In addition, we will continue to improve the underlying server system and improve operations by introducing new technologies so that we can handle the increasing amount of cameras, users, and data that increases in proportion to the expansion of the business.
In addition, in order to realize a video platform, we are not only focusing on watching videos, but also on "development that provides new added value" by collaborating with technologies such as machine learning. Specifically, we are promoting the provision of APIs, and AI companies are building mechanisms for image analysis using the video data of our products, and building analysis systems that run the created learning models on the cloud. |

しかし、現在は社内のデータ分析・利活用が十分に進んでいるとは言えません。目標実現のため、社員のデータリテラシー向上・データ分析し易い環境作り・各部署へのデータ分析コンサルティングなど、多角的なアプローチで社内のデータ分析・利活用を地道に推進していく必要があります。

Example 1) Construction and operation of data analysis platform in collaboration with data engineers
Example 2) Development of reports/dashboards using BI tools
Attractiveness of the job
You can promote data analysis and utilization within the company by working closely with various departments such as the sales department and the corporate planning department.
You can be involved in the construction of a data analysis platform that handles super big data that is generated every day, which is hundreds of millions to billions of items.
You can proceed with table design with high operational maintainability while discussing with highly specialized members.
You can acquire wide and deep domain knowledge because it is necessary to be able to analyze not only our own products but also a large number of data sources including SFA and CRM across the board.
Future goals and current challenges of the department
Our goal is to realize data-driven management that does not rely on experience, intuition, or courage.
However, data analysis and utilization within the company is not currently progressing sufficiently. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to steadily promote data analysis and utilization within the company through a multifaceted approach, such as improving employees' data literacy, creating an environment that makes data analysis easy, and providing data analysis consulting to each department. |

【必須条件】
・データの分析や利活用によってビジネスの課題解決や改善を実現した経験
・SQLによるデータ抽出及び集計経験3年以上
・Tableau、Redash、Looker、Qlik Sense、Power BI など何らかのBIツールの利用経験1年以上
【歓迎条件】
因果推論を用いた効果検証の実務経験
統計学や機械学習の実践経験
Dimensional Modelingに基づいたデータモデリング経験
Redshift、BigQuery、Snowflake などDWH製品の利用経験
スクラム開発などアジャイル型開発手法の実践経験
[Required conditions]
・Experience in solving business problems and improving business through data analysis and utilization
・3+ years of experience in data extraction and aggregation using SQL
・1+ years of experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Redash, Looker, Qlik Sense, Power BI
[Preferred conditions]
Practical experience in verifying effectiveness using causal inference
Practical experience in statistics and machine learning
Experience with data modeling based on Dimensional Modeling
Experience using DWH products such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake
