 仕事内容Job description |
モデルベース開発およびシステム導入/改善コンサルティングにおける以下の業務
①プロジェクト総責任者業務
・プロジェクトの成果目標や範囲の定義
・プロジェクト計画、スケジュールの立案
・チーム体制の調整
・プロジェクトのけん引
・プロジェクト遂行に必要なリソースの調達計画の策定/実施
・ステークホルダー(クライアント/協業先など)との交渉
・リスク/品質/予算/スケジュールなどの管理
・リスクやインシデントの予見および発生時の適切な対策の考案/問題解決の実施
・プロジェクトリーダーおよび現場の支援、技術指導など
②人材育成業務
・次期プロジェクトマネージャーの育成

The following duties in model-based development and system implementation/improvement consulting
① Project manager duties
- Defining project outcome goals and scope
- Drafting project plans and schedules
- Adjusting team structure
- Leading the project
- Formulating/implementing procurement plans for resources required for project execution
- Negotiating with stakeholders (clients/collaborators, etc.)
- Managing risks/quality/budget/schedules, etc.
- Predicting risks and incidents and devising appropriate measures when they occur/implementing problem resolution
- Supporting project leaders and on-site, technical guidance, etc.
② Human resource development duties
- Training the next project manager

 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
・制御開発のプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験(経験年数:1年以上)
・物理や数学が得意な方
・日本語流暢レベルもしくはN1相当の日本語スキル
・何らかの言語による開発経験(業界不問/経験年数不問/コードが読めるが書けない方も可)
・物事を本質的に理解する能力が高く、論理的な課題解決に対して興味がある方
・新しいやり方や考え方を取り入れることを好む方
・正確な情報収集のためのコミュニケーション能力がある方
・目標設定と達成意欲、決断力がある方
・正解がない中で周囲と関係構築しながら合意形成を取る交渉力がある方
・メンバーや他部署を巻き込み味方につける力のある方
【歓迎要件】
・MATLABやSimulinkを使用した開発経験
・制御開発経験
・HILS/MILSを活用した開発経験
・機械工学/制御工学/自動車工学の知見
・オートモーティブ製品の論理的な構造が分かる方
[Requirements]
・Experience in project management of control development (years of experience: 1 year or more)
・Good at physics and mathematics
・Fluent level in Japanese or Japanese language skills equivalent to N1
・Development experience in any language (any industry/any years of experience/can read code but not write)
・High ability to understand the essence of things and interested in logical problem solving
・Preference for adopting new methods and ways of thinking
・Communication skills for accurate information gathering
・Goal setting, drive to achieve, and decisiveness
・Negotiation skills to build relationships with those around you and reach a consensus even when there is no correct answer
・Ability to involve and win over members and other departments
[Preferred requirements]
・Development experience using MATLAB or Simulink
・Control development experience
・Development experience using HILS/MILS
・Knowledge of mechanical engineering/control engineering/automotive engineering
・Understand the logical structure of automotive products |
