【配属組織について(概要・ミッション)】
・DX事業のクラウドサービス化、基幹システムのデジタル化を牽引する、クラウドサービスプラットフォームビジネスユニットにおいて、マネージド&プラットフォームサービス事業部は、お客さまの視点に立ち、クラウドシフト、デジタルシフトに対応したサービスおよびサービス基盤を迅速に提供する役割を担い、市場全体に横串を通しつつ、蓄積した知見をもとに多様なソリューションを横展開し、マネージドサービスとして継続サポートを行っている組織です。
・主に、国内大規模ユーザの基盤システムにおいて、セキュリティを強化するためのコンサルテーション、インテグレーションを推進する組織になります。
大規模なユーザ様に対して、垂直統合型でシステムを提供する際のインフラ部分を主に担当する組織となります。
また、オンプレミスのシステムをパブリッククラウドへ移行するリフト&シフトについても、ターゲットとして推進しています。

お客様システムにおけるインフラ部分を提供します。特に、「デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)」によって変革を金融・公共・産業分野の大規模なお客様に対して、オンプレミスのシステムをパブリッククラウドに移行する「クラウドリフト・クラウドシフト」を推進していきます。

[About the assigned organization (overview and mission)]
・Within the Cloud Services Platform Business Unit, which is driving the shift to cloud services for DX businesses and the digitalization of core systems, the Managed & Platform Services Division is responsible for quickly providing services and service platforms that respond to the cloud and digital shift from the customer's perspective. It is an organization that operates horizontally across the entire market, horizontally deploys a variety of solutions based on its accumulated knowledge, and provides ongoing support as managed services.
・The organization will mainly promote consultations and integration to strengthen security in the platform systems of large-scale domestic users.
The organization will be primarily responsible for the infrastructure portion of the provision of vertically integrated systems to large-scale users.
It is also targeting and promoting lift and shift, which involves migrating on-premise systems to the public cloud.

1. 国内の大規模ユーザ基盤システムにおけるセキュリティ上の問題点、改善点の洗い出し
2. 洗い出した問題点・改善点のセキュリティ強化策の提案
3. 国内グループ会社を含めたプロジェクトメンバーを統括し、システムのインテグレーションを推進
上記の各工程の作業を、プロジェクトマネージャー、或いはプロジェクトリーダーとして推進いただきます。

【必須要件】
①以下いずれかの知識・知見を有している方
・最新のセキュリティ動向に関する知識を有し、顧客システムに於けるセキュリティリスクの特定ができる方
・ネットワーク、サーバなどの情報システム基盤について知識・経験を有している方
・クラウドサービス(パブリッククラウド)におけるセキュリティに関する知識を有している方
②リーダーシップを発揮し、チームを纏めた経験がある方
③必要な日本語力:ビジネス
【歓迎要件】
・情報処理安全確保支援士や高度安全情報処理資格、或いは、AzureやAWSの認定資格を保有している方
・語学力TOEIC650点以上保有の方
・PCIDSSに則った業務システムのセキュリティ設計、運用に携わった経験のある方

[Requirements]
① Those who have any of the following knowledge and expertise
・Those who have knowledge of the latest security trends and can identify security risks in customer systems
・Those who have knowledge and experience of information system infrastructure such as networks and servers
・Those who have knowledge of security in cloud services (public clouds)
②Those who have experience in demonstrating leadership and leading a team
③Required Japanese ability: Business
[Preferred requirements]
・Those who have an Information Processing Security Specialist or Advanced Security Information Processing qualification, or Azure or AWS certification
・Those who have a TOEIC score of 650 or higher
・Those who have experience in designing and operating business system security in accordance with PCIDSS

・Able to utilize one's knowledge to lead partner companies and drive projects forward in designing and building solutions for customer systems, or has the desire to take on the challenge.
