①社内外関係者との良好な関係を構築し、折衝・調整ができるコミュニケーション能力を有すること
②システム開発/アプリケーション開発作業経験(目安:3年以上)
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス

・銀行業務ノウハウを保有(銀行業務に関するシステム提供経験でも可)
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験を保有
