●職務詳細
DXの導入、サービス事業を推進するために、DX関連の技術習得と、ITプロセス(DXプロジェクトの進め方、プロジェクト管理、サービス管理)を理解し、プロジェクトマネージャを補佐してプロジェクト全体、もしくは一部のチームの管理(スケジューリング、作業の割当、進捗、課題管理)を主体的に遂行する。
課題に対しては、根本的な原因を突き止め、対策の実行、上長への改善提案を行う。
また、各ステークホルダー(顧客、パートナー、チームメンバ)と良好なコミュニケーションを図り、プロジェクトを円滑に推進し、プロジェクトの成功に貢献する。

●Job Details
In order to introduce DX and promote the service business, you will acquire DX-related technologies and understand IT processes (how to proceed with DX projects, project management, service management), and assist the project manager in proactively managing the entire project or part of the team (scheduling, work assignment, progress, issue management).
For issues, you will identify the root cause, implement measures, and propose improvements to your superiors.
In addition, you will communicate well with each stakeholder (customers, partners, team members), promote the project smoothly, and contribute to its success. |

・システム開発経験
・各種業務システムの導入経験(目安:経験3年以上)
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス
【歓迎要件】
・要件定義～本稼働までのPJ経験を有していること
・MES・生産管理・品質業務に関する知見
・DXシステム構築PJのPMまたはPL経験者
・英語TOEIC(650点以上)若しくは海外エンジニアとコミュニケーションが可能な事が望ましい

[Requirements]
・Experience in system development
・Experience in implementing various business systems (Recommended: 3 years or more experience)
・Required Japanese ability: Business
[Preferred requirements]
・Experience with projects from requirements definition to production
・Knowledge of MES, production management, and quality control
・PM or PL experience in DX system construction projects
・English TOEIC (650 points or higher) or ability to communicate with overseas engineers is preferred
