【お仕事の内容】
モビリティ情報分野におけるシステムの提案、開発、納品、保守、運用まで、幅広い職務に携わって頂きます。また、デジタルソリューションに関する新技術の適用提案、新規ソリューションの企画・立案・開発についても参画頂くことができます。
具体的な業務内容は、個々人のスキルやご要望に合わせてアサインします。

・プロジェクトマネジメント
プロジェクトの各フェーズにおいて作業進捗管理、品質管理等マネジメント作業の実施、取り纏め。
・提案、要件定義等の上流工程
社会や市場の変化を捉え、お客様課題を解決するためのシステムやサービスをソリューションとして提案。
お客さまからのご依頼に対応したシステム開発だけでなく、お客さまが抱える課題や社会背景などを踏まえ、要求を深堀して、サービスの企画や提案活動を推進。
・設計・プログラム製造・テスト
アプリケーション方式設計、アプリケーション詳細設計の実施、取り纏め
プログラミング/単体テストの取り纏め、結合テスト、総合テスト等の実施、取り纏め
・システム運用・保守
稼働後システム運用の実施、取り纏め

Under the leadership of a leader, you will learn how to propose to customers and how to proceed with development projects, and you will grow into a human resource who can act independently, from proposals to customers (project creation) to project manager of development projects at a relatively early stage.
[Job Description]
You will be involved in a wide range of duties, from proposing, developing, delivering, maintaining, and operating systems in the mobility information field. You will also be involved in proposing the application of new technologies for digital solutions, and planning, proposing, and developing new solutions.
Specific work content will be assigned according to each individual's skills and requests.

Implementation and compilation of management tasks such as work progress management and quality control in each phase of the project.
・Upstream processes such as proposals and requirements definition
Understand changes in society and the market and propose systems and services as solutions to solve customer issues.

・過去にリーダー経験があること(小規模案件や、サブリーダーポジションでも可)
・IT実務経験(4年以上)
・長期大阪在勤を希望される方
