This is a bio-venture that conducts research and development to commercialise the "technology for creating eggs by inducing differentiation of iPS cells", and aims to implement our cutting-edge technology, which has been published in the scientific journal Nature, in society.
Their services include egg donation for fertility treatment and a platform for elucidating the causes of genetic diseases. In fertility treatment, they aim to help women who cannot conceive due to genetic factors to conceive, while in the investigation of the causes of genetic diseases, they aim to be the first in the world to develop therapeutic drugs by clarifying the post-fertilisation development process. |
 仕事内容Job description |
• Scientific Director、Senior Scientist、Scientistとディスカッションを行いながら、弊社の研究方針に沿った研究に従事
• 実験サンプルの作成をはじめとする実験実務
• 試薬、器具等の管理や整備などのラボマネジメント
• その他、研究周辺業務
- Engage in research in line with our research policy while discussing with the Scientific Director, Senior Scientist, and Scientist
- Experimental work including creation of experimental samples
- Laboratory management such as management and maintenance of reagents, instruments, etc.
- Other work related to research |

【必須要件】
• 医歯薬獣理農水学領域の学部卒または専門学校卒以上の方
• 動物細胞培養経験、FACS、大腸菌の形質転換、RT-PCR等を用いた研究実務経験のある方
• 英語での研究に関する指示報告、簡単な日常会話のできる方
※一緒に研究していただくサイエンティストが外国人の方となります

• 民間企業での創薬や再生医療における研究経験のある方
• 多能性幹細胞(ES/iPS細胞)の取扱い経験のある方
• 生殖領域(特に卵細胞)に関する知見のある方

• 修士号、博士号をお持ちの方

–Prerequisite –
Undergraduate or vocational school graduates in the field of medicine, pharmacy, veterinary science, agriculture
Experience in research using E. coli transformation, RT-PCR, etc.
Able to give instruction and report on research in English and have simple daily conversation * The scientist who will research together will be a foreigner.
