This is a bio-venture that conducts research and development to commercialise the "technology for creating eggs by inducing differentiation of iPS cells", and aims to implement our cutting-edge technology, which has been published in the scientific journal Nature, in society.
Their services include egg donation for fertility treatment and a platform for elucidating the causes of genetic diseases. In fertility treatment, they aim to help women who cannot conceive due to genetic factors to conceive, while in the investigation of the causes of genetic diseases, they aim to be the first in the world to develop therapeutic drugs by clarifying the post-fertilisation development process. |
 仕事内容Job description |
• Chief Science Officer や Principal Scientistとディスカッションを行いながら弊社の研究方針に沿った研究を他の研究メンバーとともに実施
• 研究全体を把握するために、社内の別テーマ担当者と進捗状況を共有し、ディスカッション
• 研究を進めるにあたって必要な情報を論文等から収集
• テクニカルスタッフへの指示出し
• 得られた研究データのまとめや、そのデータをもとにした資料作成
- Conduct research in accordance with our research policy in discussion with the Chief Science Officer and Principal Scientist, along with other members of the research team
- Sharing and discussing the progress of the research with other research staff within the company in order to understand the overall research process.
- Gathering information necessary to advance the research from publications and other sources
- Provide instructions to technical staff
- Compiles research data obtained and prepares documents based on the data. |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
• 医薬獣生農学領域の博士号をお持ちの方
• ヒトもしくは霊長類iPS細胞/ES細胞の培養経験
• 分子細胞生物学、生化学、遺伝子工学、発生生物学、ゲノミクス、ハイスループットアッセイのいずれかの領域での豊富な研究経験のある方
• 一人、またはチームで研究の企画、推進、データ考察ができる方
• 英語での簡単なディスカッションに抵抗の無い方(流暢である必要はありません)
※ラボに外国人メンバーがおり、英語でのコミュニケーションが発生します
【歓迎要件】
• 民間企業での創薬や再生医療における研究経験のある方
• 生殖細胞、卵巣/精巣における支持細胞、もしくは中胚葉誘導研究、減数分裂に関する研究経験のある方
• 多能性幹細胞(ES/iPS細胞)の取扱い、分化誘導、FACS、RT-PCRなどのご経験のある方(遺伝子工学が得意な方)
• オルガノイド研究経験・細胞老化研究経験のある方
• 細胞製品・再生医療製品の製造開発経験のある方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力や、研究者として英語圏への海外駐在経験のある方
[Requirement]
- Ph.D. in the field of pharmaceutical, veterinary, or agricultural sciences
- Experience culturing human or primate iPS/ES cells
- Extensive research experience in one of the following areas: molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, genetic engineering, developmental biology, genomics, or high-throughput assays
- Ability to plan, promote, and discuss data for research alone or in a team
- Comfortable with simple discussions in English (fluency is not required).
There are foreign members in the lab, and communication in English will be required.
【Welcome requirement】
- Experience in drug discovery or regenerative medicine research in the private sector.
- Experience in germ cells, supporting cells in ovary/testis, or mesoderm induction studies, or meiosis studies.
- Experience in handling pluripotent stem cells (ES/iPS cells), differentiation induction, FACS, RT-PCR, etc. (good at genetic engineering)
- Experience in organoid research and cellular senescence research.
- Experience in manufacturing and development of cell products and regenerative medicine products.
- Business level English proficiency or experience as a researcher stationed overseas in an English-speaking |
