■業務概要
マネージャーとして同社アナリスト～シニアコンサルタント層のキャリアマネジメント、PJ全体及びチームの品質担保、大手顧客(本部長・部長クラス)とのリレーション構築、新規案件創出、PJ推進等を行います。

・DX推進戦略、システム化計画策定、調査分析、RFP作成支援、管理ルール(進捗/品質/予算/文書)策定

■Job summary
As a manager, you will be responsible for career management of the company's analysts to senior consultants, ensuring the quality of the entire project and the team, building relationships with major clients (general managers and department heads), creating new cases, and promoting projects.
■Job details
・DX promotion strategy, systemization plan formulation, research and analysis, RFP creation support, management rule (progress/quality/budget/document) formulation
・Creating report materials for executives, business analysis (business visualization, problem sorting, policy planning, etc.), IT strategy concept formulation, system planning/concept
・Project management support, support related to system implementation

■必須要件 ※下記いずれも必須
・事業会社での数十人月規模以上の案件を複数並行して推進した経験or百人月超の案件のPM経験者
・DX戦略策定や業務改革等をチームリーダ以上での経験者
■Requirements ※All of the following are required
・Experience in simultaneously promoting multiple projects of several dozen man-months or more in a business company, or PM experience for projects of over 100 man-months
・Experience in DX strategy formulation, business reform, etc., as a team leader or above |
