■業務詳細
〇コンサルタントとして、IT戦略の策定や改善施策の検討・提案、システム導入の計画策定、システム開発の要件定義などを手掛けて頂きます。
・IT戦略の立案:ITコストの削減、システムの調達
・コンサルティング:業務分析、業務設計などによるプロセスの見直し
◇大規模基幹システム刷新など各種プロジェクトマネジメントやSE業務等ビジネス、IT分野の領域の案件を担当いただくため、多様なプロジェクトに携わることが可能です。
■入社後お任せすること
・入社後、まずは経験やスキルに応じたOJTからスタートし、その上で、あなたが必要だと感じた外部研修や講習などへの参加サポートも積極的に行っていきます。
・その後は、情報活用/分析AI支援システムやRPA導入支援などに参画していただきます。直請けプロジェクトなので、お客様の声をヒアリングしてあなたの意見をどんどん発信できます。
※経験やスキルに応じて、アサイン予定。
■組織構成:現在は数名ですが1年後には20名、3年後には50名を超える規模を目指しています。

■Job details
〇As a consultant, you will be involved in formulating IT strategies, considering and proposing improvement measures, planning system implementation, and defining system development requirements.
・IT strategy planning: Reducing IT costs, procuring systems
・Consulting: Reviewing processes through business analysis and business design
◇You will be in charge of various project management such as large-scale core system renewal, SE work, and other business and IT field projects, so you will be able to be involved in a variety of projects.
■What you will be entrusted with after joining the company
・After joining the company, you will start with OJT according to your experience and skills, and then we will actively support your participation in external training and courses that you feel are necessary.
・After that, you will be involved in information utilization/analysis AI support systems and RPA implementation support. Since it is a direct contract project, you can listen to customer feedback and express your opinions.
*Assignment will be based on experience and skills.
■Organizational structure: Currently there are only a few people, but we aim to have 20 people in a year and over 50 people in three years.
