仕事内容Job description 【Background】
Following the accelerated spread of generative AI that began with the general release of ChatGPT in 2023, the first year of generative AI, the use of generative AI has become a major theme in Japan in all aspects of business. It is predicted that the day when “each person has his/her own AI” will come in the near future, similar to the spread of smartphones. While various AI models, tools, and services are being developed, the construction of AI that can be used in a user's daily life and business operations, as well as the improvement of user productivity and the provision of value through AI, are still in the verification stage.

On the other hand, in order to make AI practical and permeate society and reach the level of “enriching people's lives,” we need to be “customer first,” not “solution first. It is necessary to take a customer-centric perspective, which is to understand the situations and challenges of each individual user, understand their needs, and design the most appropriate conversation and experience for each person.

・Development of original AI prototypes for specific customer use cases
・Development and implementation of AI functions for SaaS products
・Implement multimodal RAG and fine tuning from model selection.
・Agile development based on PoC results
・Improvement of RAG accuracy (LLM implementation)
