主に生産設備の保守・保全管理業務をお願いします
【具体的には】
生産技術(AME)、製造課、生産課、品質保証課と連携した業務となります。
■新規導入設備の仕様検討(への参画)、導入準備計画及び進行、設備導入前立会い、稼働確認
■設備の保守保全(年間計画の立案と実施及び日常対応)
■設備、治具の改善実施(品質、安全、生産性、エネルギー)
■設備の取り扱い、点検表の作成と実施
■保全予備品管理
■エネルギー管理

[Job description]
You will mainly be responsible for the maintenance and management of production equipment.
[Specifically]
You will work in cooperation with the Production Engineering (AME), Manufacturing Department, Production Department, and Quality Assurance Department.
■Participate in the specification review of newly introduced equipment, planning and progress of preparation for introduction, witnessing before equipment introduction, operation confirmation
■Equipment maintenance (planning and implementing annual plans and daily responses)
■Implementing improvements to equipment and jigs (quality, safety, productivity, energy)
■Handling equipment, creating and implementing inspection lists
■Maintenance spare parts management
■Energy management

Prevent and shorten equipment failures through daily and regular maintenance to prevent customer line stoppages
