品質保証(QA)チームでは、「お客様の視点に立った品質向上」をミッションに、技術部門と協力して当社製品の品質保証活動や製品改善のための技術的研究、その成果の評価ツールへの反映、特許生産などを行います。
製品導入先も国内数千か所と着実に増えている中で、本QAチームは顧客のニーズと期待に応えるためますます重要な役割を担っていきます。

●主な業務
・QAチームエンジニアとして検証試験の実施
・日本語で記載された過去トラブル、社内ノウハウの整理とそれの製品設計へのフィードバック
・製品改善のための技術的研究

[Job Description]
The mission of the Quality Assurance (QA) team is to "improve quality from the customer's perspective." In cooperation with the technical department, the team works on quality assurance activities for their products, conducts technical research for product improvement, reflects the results in evaluation tools, and produces patents.
As the number of locations where their products are introduced is steadily increasing to several thousand locations nationwide, the QA team will play an increasingly important role in meeting customer needs and expectations.
They are currently looking for a QA engineer who will support the improvement of the quality of their products while always being in contact with the latest technology.
●Main duties
・Conducting verification tests as a QA team engineer
・Organizing past problems and internal know-how written in Japanese and feeding them back to product design
・Technical research for product improvement
・Development of product evaluation methods and tools (software)
・Evaluation of product performance (outdoor testing available)
・Patent production
・Quality improvement activities in collaboration with the development team, etc. |

・ネットワーク技術の知識(Wifi、ルータ、スイッチ、Linux等)
・プログラミングの知識(言語不問・プログラミング基礎)
・QAQCの知識(品質管理・テスト等)
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス
【歓迎要件】
・無線通信機器の研究開発経験
・ネットワークエンジニアの経験(ルータ、スイッチ等機器設定経験)
・プログラミングの経験(Pythonでテスト自動化の経験)
・QA業務に携わった経験(設計、品質保証部門)
・ハードウェア(ファームウェア含む)の単体試験、結合試験の経験
・LinuxやRaspberrypiの使用経験
・英語の会議に参加可能な方

[Requirements]
・Knowledge of network technology (Wifi, routers, switches, Linux, etc.)
・Knowledge of programming (any language, programming basics)

・Experience in research and development of wireless communication devices
・Experience as a network engineer (experience configuring devices such as routers and switches)
・Experience with programming (experience with test automation using Python)
・Experience in QA work (design, quality assurance department)
・Experience with unit testing and integration testing of hardware (including firmware)
・Experience with Linux and Raspberrypi
・Ability to participate in meetings in English
