【お仕事の内容】
自社開発のクラウドサービスを中心に、エッジコンピューターとともに創り上げるエッジ・クラウド連携プラットフォームを実現するためのプロダクトマネジメント業務をご担当いただきます。
1.製品戦略プランの作成と実施
・ビジネスサイドと連携した、市場要求の分析と製品コンセプトの策定
・プロダクトのロードマップと成長戦略の設定
・プロダクトの効果測定、分析、振り返り
・新市場、新ビジネス、新製品のためのリサーチとプランニング
・必要な社内業務プロセスの企画、実行
2.自社サービスに関連するプロダクトマネジメント
・プロダクトオーナーとして開発の遂行支援
・要件定義
・開発案件の優先順位付けと意思決定
・関係部門とのコミュニケーション

[Job Description]
You will be responsible for product management work to realize an edge-cloud collaboration platform created together with edge computers, centered on their in-house developed cloud services.
1. Creating and implementing product strategy plans
- Analyzing market demand and formulating product concepts in collaboration with the business side
- Setting product roadmaps and growth strategies
- Measuring, analyzing, and reviewing product effectiveness
- Researching and planning for new markets, new businesses, and new products
- Planning and executing necessary internal business processes
2. Product management related to their in-house services
- Supporting development execution as a product owner
- Defining requirements
- Prioritizing and making decisions on development projects
- Communication with related departments |

・ソフトウェアプロダクトのプロダクトマネジメント経験(5年以上)
・SaaSやBtoBのプロダクトマネジメント経験
・エッジとクラウドが融合した自社プロダクトへの理解と共感
・エッジアプリケーション(Wi-Fi、IoT等)への興味、関心
・企画書、要件定義書などのドキュメント作成能力
・様々なステークスホルダーと同じ認識を合わせられるコミュニケーション力
・必要な日本語力:流暢

[Requirements]
・Software product management experience (5+ years)
・SaaS or BtoB product management experience
・Understanding and empathy for their company's products that combine edge and cloud
・Interest in edge applications (Wi-Fi, IoT, etc.)
・Ability to create documents such as proposals and requirement definitions
・Communication skills to align with the same understanding with various stakeholders
・Required Japanese ability: Fluent
