They are working on developing materials that enable resource conservation and reduce environmental impact such as CO2 throughout the entire life cycle of the product, from procurement of raw materials to manufacturing and processing. Their products are mainly plastic alternatives and are used by more than 5,200 companies, including major companies and government agencies. (Haneda Airport, Disney Store, Yoshinoya, etc.)

仕事内容Job description In the overseas team, you will sell products produced by domestic and overseas manufacturing partners, as well as products produced in their two own factories that use 100% renewable energy.

In this position, you will be responsible for market development in your assigned country/region in order to promote the global expansion of their business. You will plan/develop/propose products to companies/conglomerates that adopt their products, while working with manufacturing partners who process them into final products, government agencies, trading companies, and agents, and will be responsible for a series of tasks that will lead to actual sales. You will be based in the Tokyo headquarters and will be on business trips to your assigned country/region, with the possibility of being stationed overseas in the future. The main target markets are Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, China, and India.

The main raw material, limestone, is 100% self-sufficient even in Japan, a resource importing country, and is a very abundant resource on Earth. Promoting local production for local consumption will enable the creation of a compact supply chain and reduce the environmental impact. At the raw material procurement stage, limestone can reduce CO2 emissions to about 1/50th compared to petroleum-derived plastics, and in the disposal process (including incineration), limestone can reduce CO2 emissions during combustion by about 58% compared to petroleum-derived plastics such as PP.
They are working to visualize and reduce the environmental impact that occurs during the product life cycle through LCA.
