【募集背景】
2023年4月に改正道路交通法が施行され、自動配送ロボットも公道を走行できるようになっており、世界に先駆けてロボットが走行できる法整備がなされています。ただ、法整備が進んでいるにもかかわらず、国内メーカー側でのロボット開発と走行実績が追いついていないのが現状です。海外競合を含め、公道で1000台以上のロボットを同時稼働させている企業は存在しません。
業界では最後発のメーカーですが、世界一を狙える立場におり、こうしたチャレンジングな環境で事業を構築し、リードしていける人材を募集中です(オフィス見学等も適宜実施中です)。

【お仕事の内容】
現在、自社でロボットのハード、ソフト両方の開発を行なっていますが、それらを統合した工程管理、および、生産管理の実施になります。多国籍なチームとなっておりますので、日本語・英語両方での調整業務が必須となります。
・量産に向けたロボットの工程管理
・量産に向けたロボットの生産管理
・量産段階での各サプライヤーとの調整(国内外あり)
・生産ラインの立ち上げ(国内、将来的に海外拠点の可能性もあり)
<具体的な仕事内容>
2022年の創業から機体の試作を重ね、現在、試作4号機での検証を行なっています。2024年末の量産設計完了、実際の量産環境の整備のため、工程管理、サプライヤー様との調整、生産管理までをリードして頂きます。また、自社でソフトウェアの開発も行なっているため、ハードだけでなく、ソフトの開発状況との進捗管理、社会実装進捗との調整も必要になります。
■社内コミュニケーション言語
日本語及び英語両方でのコミュニケーションは必須となっています。ただ、英語能力に規定はなく、相手に伝わるような工夫あれば(ホワイトボードの活用、等)問題ございません。

The revised Road Traffic Act will come into effect in April 2023, allowing automated delivery robots to travel on public roads, and Japan is the first country in the world to have legal provisions that allow robots to travel on public roads. However, despite the progress of legal provisions, domestic manufacturers are currently lagging behind in robot development and operational track record. There are no companies, including overseas competitors, that operate more than 1,000 robots simultaneously on public roads.
Although they are a latecomer in the industry, they are in a position to aim to be the world's best, and they are currently recruiting people who can build and lead a business in such a challenging environment (they also conduct office tours as appropriate).

[Job Description]
Currently, they are developing both the hardware and software of the robot in-house, but they will be implementing process management and production management that integrates them. Since they are a multinational team, coordination work in both Japanese and English is essential.
・Robot process management for mass production

<Specific job content>
Since the company's founding in 2022, they have been prototyping the aircraft and are currently verifying the fourth prototype. In order to complete the mass production design at the end of 2024 and prepare the actual mass production environment, you will be responsible for process management, coordination with suppliers, and production management. In addition, since they are also developing software in-house, they will need to manage the progress of not only the hardware but also the software development status and coordinate with the progress of social implementation.
■Internal communication language
Communication in both Japanese and English is essential. However, there are no regulations regarding English proficiency, and as long as you have some ingenuity to communicate with the other person (such as using a whiteboard), there is no problem. |
