 仕事内容Job description |
データサイエンスの民主化のためにユーザーリサーチを行い、リサーチに基づいたプロダクトをチームでデザインできるデザイナーを求めています。
データドリブン経営へと舵を切る企業や個人が増える中、デーサイエンスはまだ専門家のみが扱える領域と言わざる得ませんし、データを活用し運用するための組織を構築する難易度はかなり高く、さまざまな課題を抱える企業や個人が少なくありません。
想定される利用者ごとに、データサイエンス活用レベル・組織体制・活用フローによって解決する課題が多様なため、弊社でデザインするプロダクトや機能は多岐に渡ります。
ユーザーリサーチにより想定される利用者と利用者を取り巻く環境が抱える課題を洗い出し、課題を解決するためのプロダクトを0からデザインできるデザイナーが弊社に必要だと考えています。
「誰のどんな課題を解決し、どのようなプロダクトを作り、ビジネスに繋げるか」といったユーザーリサーチに基づいた定性的なデータを元に戦略を立て、プロジェクト毎のKPI(定量的目標)を達成できるよう、エンジニア・PdMなどのチームメンバーと協力してプロダクトをデザインしていただける方と一緒に働きたいと思っています。
当社が展開するプロダクトの機能デザインを通して、サービスの価値を利用者に伝えていくことがミッションです。
ウェブアプリ、スマートフォンアプリなどで利用されるサービスの機能設計と、ユーザーのコミュニケーション設計(UI/UX)全般を担当していただきます。
具体的には下記業務です。
・プロダクトの改善施策や新機能実装におけるユーザーリサーチ、情報設計、プロトタイピング、UI設計、ビジュアルデザイン全般
・他のデザイナーやプロダクトマネジャー・エンジニアと協働しながらのプロジェクト推進
・設計のスピードアップとクオリティ担保を両立させるため、チーム内のデザインプロセス改善
・その他マーケティング用に突発的に発生するコミュニケーションデザインを担当いただくことがあります。担当いただくプロダクトについては、ご経験やご希望に応じて選考の中で決定させていただきます。

【必須条件】
・UI, IA, UXに関する知識経験
・Figma/Adobe XD/Photoshop/Illustratorいずれかを用いてのデザイン経験
・品質を保ちながら、スピード重視で業務対応ができる方
・社内・社外とのコミュニケーション能力

・BtoBサービスのプロダクトデザインの経験
・自社プロダクトのメインデザイナーとしての経験があること
・ユーザーリサーチの実務経験
・プロダクトマネジャーとしての実務経験
・ユーザー体験を向上させるライティングへの理解・関心
・IA(情報設計)への深い理解
・イラストを用いたグラフィックデザインスキル
・フロントエンド・バックエンド問わずエンジニアリング知識を持っていること

・Knowledge and experience in UI, IA, UX
・Design experience using Figma/Adobe XD/Photoshop/Illustrator
・Able to handle work with an emphasis on speed while maintaining quality
・Communication skills both within and outside the company

・Experience as the main designer of the company's products
