(Examples)
・Stand between the SIer and the business company that will be the system user, and extract on-site problems from a third-party perspective
・Propose solutions to solve problems from a long-term perspective, and formulate a process for establishing them
・Support project manager decision-making
・Create a system that can be shared with all project members
・Establish solutions proposed by consultants on a field-based basis
・Support the planning and promotion of project plans, analyze ongoing projects, propose improvements, and lead the promotion
・Visualize project status and report to the steering committee
・Direct and lead PMO members as the leader of the PMO team

●3+ years of experience is required for the following items
・Project management experience (PM, PL, TL)
→Experience in implementing and establishing progress management, issue management, risk management, change management, and problem management
・PMO work experience
・Experience in consulting projects
・Project experience with 10 or more members
・Team lead work in system development projects
