【お仕事の内容】
・カスタマーサクセスおよびセールスと提携して、顧客が気候目標/ESG目標を達成できるためのコンサルティング/プロフェッショナルサービスの提供
・企業アドバイザーとして、サステナビリティへの取り組みの定義、炭素削減計画の策定、脱炭素化イニシアチブの範囲設定、炭素市場のナビゲート、レポートの提出の支援
・企業アドバイザーとして、ESGへの取り組みの定義、ESG開示の支援、サプライチェーン全体におけるESGリスク定義・改善支援
・顧客に提供する製品とサービスを拡大するために、気候/ESGに関する専門知識の構築

[Job Description]
- Provide consulting/professional services in partnership with Customer Success and Sales to help clients achieve their climate/ESG goals
- As a corporate advisor, help define sustainability initiatives, develop carbon reduction plans, scope decarbonization initiatives, navigate carbon markets, and submit reports
- As a corporate advisor, help define ESG initiatives, assist with ESG disclosure, and help define and improve ESG risks across the supply chain
- Build climate/ESG expertise to expand the products and services they provide to their clients

【必須要件】
以下いずれかの経験
・コンサルティングファームでの勤務経験を2年以上有する者
・ITやBtoB SaaS企業でのプロジェクトマネジメントの業務経験を2年以上有する者
・事業会社におけるサステナビリティやESG、またはプロジェクトマネジメントに関連する業務経験を2年以上有する者
【歓迎要件】
・サステナビリティやESG全般に対する業務経験(以下業務例)
-GHGプロトコルを用いた非財務情報(TCFD、SBT、CDP等)の開示実務
-CDPの評価向上、サステナビリティ戦略立案/気候シナリオ分析(TCFD)等のコンサルティング経験
-LCAの算定実務経験又はコンサルティング
-FTSE/MSCI/Ecovadis等の外部ESG評価の回答・スコアアップ業務経験
-サステナビリティ・ESG等の統合報告書の作成・開示業務
-CSR調達・サステナブル調達に関わる業務経験
・英語力(英語資料を読む事が苦にならないリーディング力)
・サステナビリティやESGに対する強い関心・興味
[Requirements]
Experience in any of the following:
-2 years or more experience working at a consulting firm
-2 years or more experience in project management at an IT or B2B SaaS company
-2 years or more experience in sustainability, ESG, or project management at a business company
[Preferred Requirements]
・Experience working on sustainability and ESG in general (examples of work below)
-Disclosure of non-financial information using the GHG Protocol (TCFD, SBT, CDP, etc.)
-Consulting experience in CDP rating improvement, sustainability strategy planning/climate scenario analysis (TCFD), etc.
-Experience working on LCA calculations or consulting
-Experience in responding to and improving scores on external ESG ratings such as FTSE/MSCI/Ecovadis
-Creating and disclosing integrated reports on sustainability, ESG, etc.
-Experience working on CSR procurement and sustainable procurement
・English proficiency (reading ability to read English materials without difficulty)
・Strong interest in sustainability and ESG |
