仕事内容Job description [Job Description]
They are looking for a mobile development leader for a project that supports logistics digitalization by introducing their own package (warehouse management system).

There are several development projects that they want to realize in order to expand their services, and they urgently need to improve their development capabilities. They aim to expand their development organization and create a strong and flexible organization that can face highly uncertain situations.

▼Expected Role
- Develop their own package so that it can be used on mobile devices such as iOS and Android.- Understand customer needs and lead development members (in-house and partners).- Ensure quality as a reviewer for partners and members.

▼About the Development Team
・Application
- The backend on the web side is PHP (Laravel), MySQL.- For the front end, they mainly use Javascript (AngularJS) and LESS.
- They use Capistrano for deployment.
- The device side is developed using WindowsCE/C#, and Android/iOS is developed using Flutter.

・Infrastructure
- The operating environment is mainly configured using EC2 and RDS on AWS.
- They use AWS CloudFormation for environment management.
-They use Amazon Aurora (MySQL compatible) as the database.
-They use ElastiCache (Redis) for cache/session management.
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- 4+ years of experience developing mobile apps using Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin
-Required Japanese ability: N1 level

[Preferred requirements]
-Experience in web application or business system development
-Experience in system development project management (sub-leader, partner/vendor management, etc.)
-Experience in requirements definition, design, development, and integration testing
-Experience as a PL or PM
-Experience in development using PHP/Laravel or a web framework
-Infrastructure (AWS)
-Experience in migration/modernization
