それ以外にも、映像プラットフォームを実現するべく、映像を視聴するだけではなく機械学習などの技術と連携して「新しい付加価値を提供する開発」にも注力しています。具体的には、API提供を進め、AI企業が弊社プロダクトの映像データを利用して画像解析などの仕組みを構築したり、作成された学習モデルをクラウド上で駆動させる解析システムの構築を行っています。

Since there are many requests for cameras, applications that manage them, and security, we are working with the business side to develop new functions for the underlying cloud camera and improve existing functions. In addition, we will continue to improve the underlying server system and improve operations by introducing new technologies so that we can handle the increasing amount of cameras/users/data that increases in proportion to the expansion of the business.
In addition, in order to realize a video platform, we are not only focusing on watching videos, but also on "development that provides new added value" by collaborating with technologies such as machine learning. Specifically, we are promoting the provision of APIs, and AI companies are building mechanisms for image analysis using the video data of our products, and building analysis systems that run the created learning models on the cloud. |

自社開発の画像認識AIを利用したサービス‧プロダクトの開発において、技術調査からリリースまで一気通貫した開発に携わることができます。
数理的な素養やソフトウェア‧システム開発の知識‧経験のあるメンバーとディスカッションしながら開発を行うことができます。開発したアルゴリズムやコードはチーム内で相互に活発に情報共有とレビューを行い、エンジニアとして成⻑につなげることができます。
セーフィーのクラウドカメラシステムはサーバー、インフラ、フロント、モバイル、組み込み、画像認識AIと技術的に広範囲に渡っており、各分野のエキスパートと協力しながら開発を行うことができます。
プロダクトの開発においては、営業‧企画といったビジネス職のメンバーと議論をしながら、開発方針策定や企画段階から、実証実験(PoC)を通してプロダクトのリリースまで関わることができます。

In the development of services and products using our in-house image recognition AI, you will be involved in the entire development process from technical research to release.
You can develop while discussing with members who have a mathematical background and knowledge and experience in software and system development. The developed algorithms and code will be actively shared and reviewed within the team, leading to growth as an engineer.
Safee's cloud camera system covers a wide range of technologies, including servers, infrastructure, front-end, mobile, embedded, and image recognition AI, and you can develop in collaboration with experts in each field.
In product development, you will be involved from the development policy formulation and planning stage through proof of concept (PoC) to the release of the product, while discussing with members in business positions such as sales and planning.

・マネジメントスキル
エンジニア組織のマネジメント経験(本人を含めて4人以上、2年以上)
ソフトウェア開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・エンジニアスキル
画像認識を用いた製品‧サービスの設計/実装/運用の実務経験(3年以上)
画像処理、画像認識、機械学習、数学の基本的な知識と理解
C/C++およびPythonを用いたソフトウェア開発の実務経験(ともに3年以上)
英語で文献調査が可能な程度の読解力

▼Required requirements
・Management skills
Experience managing an engineering organization (4 or more people, including the person himself, for 2 years or more)
Experience managing projects in software development

Practical experience in designing/implementing/operating products/services using image recognition (3 years or more)
Basic knowledge and understanding of image processing, image recognition, machine learning, and mathematics
Practical experience in software development using C/C++ and Python (both 3 years or more)
Reading comprehension sufficient to conduct literature research in English

Experience in product management/business development of products/services using AI
Ability to design/implement software with maintainability/scalability in mind
Master's/PhD degree in computer science or a related field
Research and development experience in image recognition algorithms, computer vision, and machine learning
