 仕事内容Job description |
・越境ECサイトの購入者へのカスタマーサービスの業務です。
・お客様とのやり取りは基本英語のみで、商品の不具合・故障の対応、ご要望に応えます。
・通関の業務も発生します。
・Providing customer service to buyers on the cross-border e-commerce site.
・Communication with customers will primarily be in English, and you will be dealing with product defects/breakdowns and answering their requests.
・Customs clearance work will also be involved. |

【必須要件】
■接客経験もしくはカスタマーサービスの経験
■ネイティブレベル、もしくは流暢に近い英語力
【歓迎要件】
■ハイクラスホテルでの接客経験
■貿易会社での勤務経験
