- Based on the mid-term business plans and head office human resources policies of the entire group, each business division, and group company, propose a review of the policy (purpose, target, promotion system, program, etc.) for securing, developing, and strengthening "manufacturing human resources (engineers and technicians)" in the group and globally, and carry it out based on the decided policy. (For the time being, priority will be given to domestic manufacturing issues in Japan)

- Also, by participating in the "Regional Collaborative Creation Project" in the Ibaraki region, we aim to balance human resource development within the group and contributions through human resource development in the region.

1) As a sub-leader of the group's "Skilled Personnel Development Consideration Project," in cooperation with the manufacturing and human resources departments of the business offices, the headquarters' manufacturing promotion department, the academy, etc., consider, propose, and lead the promotion of revisions and changes to the policies and measures for securing and developing "manufacturing human resources" in the group.

2) Participate (concurrently) in the "Regional Collaborative Creation Project (Education/Human Resource Development Working Group)" and compile plans and proposals from the perspective of human resource development. etc.
