 仕事内容Job description |
■業務内容:
自動車用シートに関する機構検討・提案・レイアウト検討等、シートの完成までを担当頂きます。
・シート部品は数百点、素材はウレタン・金属・樹脂・布などを、複合的に組み合わせて出来ているため様々な知識をつける事が可能です。
・自動車の使用シーンによってシートアレンジをするため、提案・施策・開発や前例の知識を活かして知識を繋げる事も出来ます。
・SUVや3列シートを得意としており担当製品が街中を走るやりがい実感を得ることができます。
※各工場(追浜、湘南、北九州:錦陵)への出張あり
■教育体制:
育成・教育に関してはプログラム開発を通してのOJTを軸としてグローバルサイト上オンライントレーニングや社内教育会を実施しています。又、外部教育への参加サポートも行っています。教育を行えるベテラン設計者を増員してOJT に加えての教育指導環境の強化もしています。
■Job Description:
You will be responsible for the mechanism, proposals, layout, etc. of automotive seats until the completion of the seat.
・There are hundreds of seat parts, and the materials are a complex combination of urethane, metal, resin, cloth, etc., so you can gain a variety of knowledge.
・In order to arrange the seats according to the usage scene of the car, you can connect knowledge by utilizing proposals, measures, development, and previous knowledge.
・We specialize in SUVs and 3-row seats, so you can feel a sense of accomplishment when your product is running around town.
※There will be business trips to each factory (Oppama, Shonan, Kitakyushu: Kinryo)
■Education system:
Regarding training and education, we conduct online training on the global site and in-house education sessions, with OJT through program development as the core. We also support participation in external education. We are increasing the number of veteran designers who can provide education and strengthening the education and guidance environment in addition to OJT. |
