仕事内容Job description As the person in charge of automotive seat development, you will lead a development team made up of members from each department in the company (design/quality assurance/production technology/manufacturing/sales/purchasing/finance) and promote seat development.

Plan/draft various internal activities according to customer schedules, and as the person in charge, you will promote the following development programs.

-Draft/plan/manage development schedules/profitability management
-Coordination with each department in the company
-Negotiations and coordination with customers
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- 5+ years of experience in program management or design/technology in the automotive industry (automobile manufacturer or parts manufacturer)
- Intermediate or higher English skills (daily conversation level or higher)

[Preferred]
- Work experience at an automotive seat manufacturer
- Chinese language skills
