仕事内容Job description ■Job Description:
Mainly develop the production process for seats to be installed in new cars.

-Create specifications for production equipment/jigs and tools, arrange, install in factory, support mass production startup (quality, process capacity, safety, cost)
-Manage the schedule and budget for the above
-Estimate seat assembly man-hours (hours) and process plan
-Improve the current seat assembly process, and expand to other processes and new products
-Internal collaboration (manufacturing department, quality department, cost management, safety and health management, etc.)

In new car development work, the following will be carried out with a focus on process design and work.
-Create process flow (process order)
-Evaluate quality assurance using PFMEA
-Create standard work manual
-Create POKAYOKE Map (a tool to avoid human error) etc

■Mission of the organization
