工場生産の製品立上げ品質保証業務、及び立ち上げ後の量産品質管理業務になります。[変更の範囲]会社の定める業務
(1)新車立ち上げ品質保証業務
・新車の品質対応としてPJへ参画
・顧客との品質打合せ
・社内外の品質帳票/提出(PPAP/FMEA)
・国内外サプライヤーの新規部品立ち上げ品質管理業務(APQP)
・品質不具合の解析/調査/改善の提案の展開
(2) 量産品質管理業務
・社内外の品質活動、不具合低減活動の実施、不具合未然防止の仕組み作り
・品質問題発生時の原因解析と各部門との対策/検討
・社内外で発生した品質不具合のサプライヤーへの水平展開の実施
(3)社内外品質監査対応
This will involve product launch quality assurance work for factory production, and mass production quality control work after launch. [Scope of change] Work as determined by the company
(1) New car launch quality assurance work
・Participate in projects to respond to new car quality issues
・Quality meetings with customers
・Internal and external quality forms/submission (PPAP/FMEA)
・New part launch quality control work for domestic and overseas suppliers (APQP)
・Analysis/investigation/development of improvement proposals for quality defects
(2) Mass production quality control work
・Implementation of internal and external quality activities, defect reduction activities, and creation of mechanisms for defect prevention
・Cause analysis when quality problems occur and countermeasures/reviews with each department
・Lateral deployment of quality defects that occur both inside and outside the company to suppliers
(3) Responding to internal and external quality audits |

■必須条件:
・自動車業界での品質関連の業務経験
・製品の立ち上げ経験
・PC Officeソフトの操作(Excel Word Powe point など)
・英語への抵抗が無く、今後学習していこうという意欲がある方
■Requirements:
・Experience in quality-related work in the automotive industry
・Experience in product launch
・Ability to use PC Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
・No resistance to English and a desire to continue learning |
