 仕事内容Job description |
自動車用シートに関する機構検討・提案・レイアウト検討等、シートの完成までをマネージャー候補として、評価およびプロジェクト管理(メンバー、ベンダー、コスト、スケジュール等の管理)を行います。開発途中での課題は関係部署と連携して解決し、納期内での完成をして頂きます。
・シート部品は数百点、素材はウレタン/金属/樹脂/布などを、複合的に組み合わせて出来ているため様々な知識をつける事が可能です。
・自動車の使用シーンによってシートアレンジをするため、提案/施策/開発や前例の知識を活かして知識を繋げる事も出来ます。
・SUVや3列シートを得意としており担当製品が街中を走るやりがい実感を得ることができます。
As a managerial candidate, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing projects (managing members, vendors, costs, schedules, etc.) related to automotive seats, including mechanism considerations, proposals, and layout considerations, until the seat is completed. You will work with relevant departments to resolve issues during development and complete the seat within the delivery deadline.
-There are hundreds of seat parts and they are made from a complex combination of materials such as urethane, metal, resin, and fabric, so you will be able to gain a wide range of knowledge.
-Since seat arrangements are made depending on the vehicle's usage scenario, you will be able to utilize your knowledge of proposals/measures/development and previous examples to connect your knowledge.
-We specialize in SUVs and 3-row seats, so you will get a sense of fulfillment from seeing your product driving around town. |

・機械工学(材料力学、流体力学、熱力学、機械力学)の知識
・製品開発経験(メタル部品、溶接、曲げ物、スタンピング等に関連する開発経験)
・英語力(オンライン会議等でスムーズなコミュニケーションが取れるレベル)
<語学力>
必要条件:英語中級

- Knowledge of mechanical engineering (material mechanics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, machine mechanics)
- Product development experience (development experience related to metal parts, welding, bending, stamping, etc.)
