・Ruby on Railsを使ったWebアプリ開発実務経験
・Ruby on Railsを使ったWebアプリのメンテナンス・運用経験
・RSpec、もしくはMiniTestを用いたテストの実装経験
・複数の関係者と仕事を進めていける能力
・リモートワーク環境におけるチーム開発のご経験
・必要な日本語力:ビジネス
【歓迎要件】
・Vue.jsなどフロントエンドフレームワークの実装経験
・ChatGPTなどAI関連APIを利用した実装経験
・モバイルアプリ向けAPIの実装経験
・Ruby/Railsのバージョンアップ、関連gemのバージョンアップ経験
