We are looking for someone to lead our service development projects as the number of projects increases!
Since new development projects are launched at any time, your main duties will be project management, requirements definition, specification review, and design work. You will be responsible for assembling flows from nothing, such as user flows, while communicating with partners and producers, and incorporating them into specifications.

Currently, there are 30 projects using the CtoC platform provided by our company, and new projects are steadily increasing in the future, with the aim of achieving a business scale of over 100 developed apps and an IPO by 2026.
Service development projects are launched from time to time, and the organization is growing accordingly, but we are looking for a director to keep up with the increase in projects. Your mission will be to manage the development base on the Vietnamese side and lead service development projects.
We have a style of planning and design on the Japanese side, and development and operation on the Vietnamese side, so communication with the Vietnamese side occurs daily.

We are looking for a director who can communicate with clients and the Vietnam development base in order to proceed with multiple new projects.

We are looking for someone who can propose growth measures from a technical perspective, such as utilizing the platform, proposing product construction, and improving the accuracy of specifications through modeling!

If you can lead the organization, such as educating young people and managing the directors, please lend us your support.

After joining the company, you will first be entrusted with leading the development project for released services, and we plan to increase your range of responsibilities as new products are launched.

<Organizational structure/team structure>
After joining the company, you will be assigned to a team of 2-3 people directly under the manager. We have around 30 products that have already been released, so you will first be in charge of the released products and understand how to proceed with the project. Daily communication with the Vietnam development base will also take place via Slack and online meetings.
