仕事内容Job description [Recruitment background]
Until now, I have supported the Vietnamese development side as both CMO and CTO, but as the company organization has grown, we have decided to separate the roles. We are looking for someone who can help us think about organizational design that can withstand the future expansion of the Vietnamese organization.

Rather than immediately taking on the role of CTO, we would like you to set a preparation period and first understand our business content and the Vietnamese organization.

[Job description]
We are looking for someone who can manage the overall management of a total of 69 Vietnamese members at the Vietnam development base and design the organization for the future personnel plan of 100 to 150 people.

*Manage 6 departments at the Vietnam base (Product Owner, Frontend/Mobile, Backend, Quality Control, Creative, Infra)

In cooperation with the Japanese side, during horizontal (joint development of the project), it is expected that you will align technical requirements and requirement definitions with the Japanese product management department. As soon as the direction of development is decided, we would like you to manage important timing, such as contacting the Vietnamese development team.

- Organizational design and human resource development (approximately 100-150 people)

- Organizing current technical debt
- Formulation of annual/mid-term budget (personnel planning, cost planning for applications/servers, etc.)
- Lead development of common platform, creation of standardization specifications, review of in-house development and asset evaluation (PO for in-house products)
