You will be responsible for supporting investment structuring and asset management operations within the Overseas Real Estate Fund Division.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting acquisition and structuring of overseas real estate investments
(primarily U.S.-based residential, hotel, and office assets)
• Supporting ongoing asset management during the holding period
• Preparing investor-facing materials such as:
o marketing documents
o investment reports
o periodic performance updates
• Communicating with overseas business partners in English
Note:
Sales activities toward investors are handled by a separate sales division.
This position allows you to focus on investment execution and asset management functions.

Team Structure
The Real Estate Fund Division consists of:
Overseas Real Estate Team (6 members)
Responsible for acquisition, structuring, and asset management of overseas investments
Domestic Real Estate Team (11 members)
Responsible for acquisition, structuring, and asset management of domestic investments
Real Estate Operations Team (12 members)
Responsible for sales support, administrative processes, and operational coordination
応募資格Requirement Requirements
Applicants must meet at least one of the following:
• Experience working at a financial institution with interest in overseas real estate investment
• Experience in property management or asset management of physical real estate assets
• Experience in operations related to REITs, funds, or real estate finance
Additionally:
Strong motivation to work in an English-speaking business environment is required

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
• Experience acquiring overseas real estate (especially U.S. assets)
• Experience structuring or selling fractional real estate investment products
• TOEIC score of approximately 700 or higher
• Strong proficiency in:
o Microsoft Word
o Excel
o PowerPoint

条件・待遇Condition Compensation
Monthly salary:
JPY 480,000 – 580,000
Estimated annual salary:
JPY 7.68M – 9.28M
Compensation will be determined based on experience and company policy.
Overtime pay is provided separately for non-managerial positions.

Working Conditions
Average overtime:
Approximately 10–20 hours per month
(Company-wide average: 12.3 hours)
