In our real estate fund business, which provides a wide range of financial services, including Japanese-style operating leases, domestic real estate, overseas real estate, M&A, securities, and trust businesses, you will be responsible for planning, structuring, managing, and supporting the sales of overseas real estate small-lot investment products.

-Work related to the acquisition and management of overseas real estate (mainly in the United States) income residences, hotels, and office properties
Examples: On-site surveys, revenue analysis, support for tax and accounting reports, interactions with local management companies, etc.
-Work related to the composition and sale of overseas real estate small-lot products

Examples: Creation of sales materials, creation of sales support materials, etc.
-Sales support work (for introducers and investors)

Examples: Creation of investment reports for investors, response to customer inquiries, support for introducers, etc.
-Overseas business trips → Approximately several times a year - varies depending on the time of year

*Our real estate fund business is composed of the following departments.
Overseas Real Estate Department: 5 people (acquisition, composition and asset management of overseas real estate projects) → 2 people from Europe and the US, 3 people from Japan
Domestic Real Estate Department: 8 people (acquisition, composition and asset management of domestic real estate projects)
Real Estate Promotion Department: 3 people (sales, sales support)
Real Estate Management Department: 6 people (interim administration, general business support)
*Sales activities to investors are handled by sales representatives from the sales department, separate from the Overseas Real Estate Department.
As a result, the Overseas Real Estate Department can focus on real estate project work such as acquisition and management of real estate projects.
(Sales support work such as responding to inquiries about real estate projects based on requests from sales representatives and explanations at seminars are included in the work of the Overseas Real Estate Department)

1. Junior class (3-4 years work experience)
Those who have a strong desire to work in overseas business and meet all of the following requirements
-Business level English (reading and speaking)
(Reference: TOEIC 850 or higher, EIKEN Grade Pre-1 equivalent. However, if you are fluent in English due to study abroad experience, etc., qualifications are not required)
-Work experience with Excel and PowerPoint
*We welcome those with no experience in overseas business.
(In particular, if you have experience in financial institutions, consulting, or real estate companies, your experience is not important)

②Middle class to senior class

Those who have experience in overseas real estate (especially American real estate) and meet all of the following requirements

・Qualified real estate transaction specialist
・Experience in major real estate companies, real estate brokerage business (buying and selling), or experience in investing in overseas real estate or non-recourse lending

[Preferred requirements]
・Experience in acquiring overseas real estate (especially American real estate)
・Experience in structuring and selling small-lot real estate investment products
・Excellent in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Hold one of the following qualifications
・Real estate consulting master (formerly known as real estate consulting technician)

Employment type: Permanent
Trial period: 3 or 6 montha
Expected annual salary: Approximately 4.32 million to 9.28 million yen
Work location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
Working hours : 9:00-17:45 (prescribed working hours: 7 hours 45 minutes)
Break time: 60 minutes (between 11:30-13:30)
Holidays: Annual holidays: 120 days, two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

Number of paid holidays: 6 days granted upon joining the company. 8 days granted after 6 months, 14, 16, 18, 20 days granted each year thereafter (exceptions apply based on attendance rate)
